Summary

An Act To Authorize And Direct The State Board Of Education To Conduct An Evaluation Of Every School District Which Has Been Administratively Consolidated By Act Of The Legislature In The Third Year Following The Consolidation To Determine If The Consolidation Has Improved The Accreditation Level Of The Resulting School District; To Provide That The Former School District Administration Shall Be Reconstituted In Any School District That Is Not Performing At An Improved Accountability Rating After Three Years; To Require A Report To The Legislature; To Amend Sections 37-7-104, 37-7-104.1, 37-7-104.2, 37-7-104.3, 37-7-104.4, 37-7-104.5, 37-7-104.6 And 37-7-104.7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Automatic Repealers On Those Sections Which Mandated An Administrative Consolidation In Certain Counties And School Districts; And For Related Purposes.
