Summary
An Act To Amend Section 23-15-895, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Clarity Regarding The Distance That Must Be Maintained Between Campaign Materials And A Public Building Where An Election Is Being Held; To Create An Exception For Campaign Materials To Be Displayed Or Distributed When On Private Property If The Person Displaying Or Distributing The Campaign Materials Has A Lease Or Ownership Interest In The Property; And For Related Purposes.
