An Act To Amend Sections 43-14-1, 43-14-3 And 43-14-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Automatic Repealer On The Statutes Establishing And Empowering The Interagency Coordinating Council For Children And Youth (icccy), To Expand The Membership Of The Council And To Define The Authority Of The Council To Assist Multidisciplinary Assessment And Planning (map) Teams To Become The Single Point Of Entry For Certain Children And Youth, To Clarify The Purpose Of The Mississippi Statewide System Of Care For Children With Emotional And Behavioral Disorders; And For Related Purposes.
