An Act To Amend Section 49-2-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Executive Director Of The Department Of Environmental Quality To Enter Into Contracts For The Purpose Of Obtaining Assistance With The Review, Evaluation, And Processing Of Permit And Certification Applications; To Amend Section 27-104-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Grant The Department Of Environmental Quality An Exception To Procurement Review Processes For Such Contracts; And For Related Purposes.
