Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize And Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue A Certificate Of Need For The Transfer Of Any Authorized Medicaid-eligible Nursing Home Bed That Has Not Been Placed In Operation After A Period Of One Year To Another Nursing Home In The Health Service Area With The Greatest Need For Long-term Care Beds As Indicated In The State Health Plan, Not To Exceed 10 Beds For Any Facility; And For Related Purposes.
Title
Any nursing home bed held in abeyance may be transferred to another nursing home based on need; authorize.
