Summary

An Act To Amend Section 11-46-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Each Member Of The Tort Claims Board To Designate Another Person To Attend Board Meetings; To Provide That If Any Member Of The Board Appoints A Designee To Attend Meetings Of The Board, The Chairman Of The Board Must Be Informed In Writing Of The Name And Contact Information Of The Designee; To Provide That The Designee Of Any Member Of The Board Is Able To Take All Action To Which The Person Designating Is Authorized To Under The Chapter; And For Related Purposes.
