Summary
An Act To Provide That A Candidate For Public Office Shall Be A Resident Of The Municipality, County, County District Or State District That He Or She Seeks To Serve In Such Public Office For A Certain Number Of Years Before The Day Of Election; To Amend Sections 65-1-3, 25-31-1 And 69-1-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.
