An Act To Amend Section 43-17-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That No Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (tanf) Funds Shall Be Used To Pay For College Scholarships For Persons Who Are Not Recipients Of Tanf Benefits; And For Related Purposes.
