Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-21-353, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Report Taken Regarding An Abused, Neglected Or Sexually Exploited Child To Child Protection Services Shall Include The Name Of The Reporter; To Provide That The Confidentiality Of The Report Shall Be Maintained Pursuant To State Law Or As Otherwise Required By Federal Law; And For Related Purposes.
