An Act To Allow Licensed Institutions For The Aged Or Infirm To Allow End-stage Renal Dialysis Facilities To Provide Mobile Dialysis Services On Site To Patients In The Institution Subject To Certain Conditions; To Amend Section 41-7-173, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove End-stage Renal Disease Facilities From The Application Of The Health Care Certificate Of Need Law; And For Related Purposes.
