Summary
An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Wayne County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Each Civil Case Filed In, And For Each Misdemeanor Conviction Or Nonadjudication Obtained In Its Justice Court To Be Used To Fund The Construction, Operation, Furnishing, Technology, Maintenance And Related Needs Of A New County Office Building To Be Known As The "wayne County Justice Complex"; And For Related Purposes.
