An Act To Amend Section 27-31-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Real Or Personal Property Belonging To Any Foundation That Is Exempt From Federal Income Taxation Under Section 501(c)(3) Of The Internal Revenue Code And Receives, Invests And Administers Private Support For A State-supported Institution Of Higher Learning, Is Exempt From Ad Valorem Taxation; And For Related Purposes.
