Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-15-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Public Safety To Implement A Motorist Identification Database Program For The Purpose Of Identifying Uninsured Motorists In This State, To Increase The Amount Of Fines Imposed For Failing To Have Proof Of Liability Insurance, And To Provide That A Portion Of Such Fines Shall Be Deposited Into The State Trauma System Fund; And For Related Purposes.
