An Act To Require The State Of Mississippi And Its Departments, Agencies And Subdivisions To Pay To The Board Of Trustees Of The Public Employees' Retirement System The Full Amount Of The Employer's Contribution On The Amount Of Compensation Received By Any Part-time Employee, Contract Worker, Contractual Employee Or Independent Contractor For Services Performed; To Amend Section 25-11-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Bring Forward Sections 25-11-123 And 25-11-124, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
