An Act To Amend Chapter 957, Local And Private Laws Of 2012, As Amended By Chapter 939, Local And Private Laws Of 2016, To Extend The Date Of Repeal From July 1, 2020, To July 1, 2024, On The Provision Of Law That Authorizes The Governing Authorities Of The City Of West Point, Mississippi, To Levy A Tax Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Hotels And Motels Derived From Room Rentals And Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Restaurants; And For Related Purposes.
