Summary
An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Adams County, Mississippi, To Contract With A Private Entity To Provide Correctional Services To Adams County For The Confinement Of Inmates Subject To The Jurisdiction Of Adams County Including Those Awaiting Transfer To Any Other Jurisdiction Or Facility; To Provide That It Shall Be Lawful For A Correctional Facility Operated By A Private Entity That Has Contracted With The Board Of Supervisors Of Adams County To Be Located In Adams County; And For Related Purposes.
