Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State And School Employees' Health Insurance Management Board To Impose A Premium Differential To Participants In The Health Insurance Plan Based On Risk Factors Including, But Not Limited To, Tobacco Use; To Provide That The Amount Of Any Premium Differential Shall Not Be Paid By The State For Any Active Employee, But Shall Be Paid By The Participant; To Bring Forward Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
