An Act To Amend Sections 7-7-211 And 7-7-213, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Auditor To Contract With Independent Specialists And To Provide That Costs Paid For The Independent Specialists Shall Be Paid By The Audited Entity Through The State Auditor To The Specialist Firm; To Amend Section 29-9-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Duties Of The Department Of Audit In Regard To The Physical Audit Of State Agencies Of The Actual Items Shown On Their Inventories And Related Records; And For Related Purposes.
