Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Lee County, Mississippi, To Establish The Position Of Lee County Youth Court Referee; To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of Certain Municipalities In Lee County To Supplement The Salaries Of The Lee County Youth Court Referee And Staff Of The Lee County Youth Court Or The Lee County Juvenile Detention Center; To Provide That The Lee County Judge Shall Appoint The Youth Court Referee And That The Board Of Supervisors Of The County Shall Set The Salary Of The Youth Court Referee; To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors To Create A Staff Position To Aid The Youth Court; To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors To Execute Any Contracts, Interlocal Agreements Or Other Instruments, And Take Any Other Action Necessary Or Convenient To Carry Out The Purposes Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
