An Act To Amend Section 27-65-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, As Amended By House Bill No. 1555, 2014 Regular Session, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Retail Sales Of Truck-tractors And Semitrailers Used In Interstate Commerce And Registered Under The International Registration Plan (irp) Or Any Similar Reciprocity Agreement Or Compact Relating To The Proportional Registration Of Commercial Vehicles; To Amend Section 27-65-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.

Exempt from sales taxation sales of certain truck-tractors.
