An Act To Amend Section 27-69-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Under The Tobacco Tax Law The Word "cigarette" Includes Products Made By A Consumer At A Retail Establishment Using A Machine To Fabricate, Assemble Or Process At That Retail Establishment Tobacco Products Into A Roll Or Tube For Smoking; And For Related Purposes.
