Summary
An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds For Construction, Furnishing And Equipping Of Phase Ii Of The Mississippi Civil Rights Museum And The New Museum Of Mississippi History And Construction Of A Parking Garage For The Museums; To Authorize The Department Of Finance And Administration To Enter Into Contracts For Such Projects On The Basis Of Negotiation Under Certain Circumstances; To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
