An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds To Assist Pontotoc County, Mississippi, In Paying The Costs Associated With Upgrades To The Fire Protection System In The Pontotoc County Industrial Park, Including Constructing An Elevated Water Storage Tank, Increasing Water Line Size, Installing Additional Fire Hydrants And Adding A Valve For Emergency Protection; And For Related Purposes.
