Summary

An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $5,000,000.00 To Provide Funds For The Small Municipalities And Limited Population Counties Fund; To Amend Section 57-1-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That 20% Of The Money Deposited Into The Small Municipalities And Limited Population Counties Fund Shall Be Utilized To Provide Grants To Municipalities With A Population Of Two Thousand Or Less According To The Latest Federal Decennial Census; And For Related Purposes.
