An Act To Amend Section 23-15-785, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Certificates Of Nomination And Nominating Petitions For Candidates For President And Vice President Of The United States Must Be Filed In The Office Of The Secretary Of State By Not Later Than 5:00 P.m. 60 Days Prior To The Election; And For Related Purposes.
