An Act To Amend Section 27-13-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That For Purposes Of The Franchise Tax Law, Receipts For Sales To A Mississippi Distribution Facility Of Pharmaceutical Products By Certain Major Suppliers Are Not Included In The Mississippi Receipts In Computing The Apportionment Ratio; To Amend Section 27-7-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize An Income Tax Deduction For Certain Contributions Of Human Pharmaceutical Products By Certain Major Suppliers; And For Related Purposes.

Franchise tax; exclude from the apportionment ratio certain sales to Mississippi facilities by major pharmaceutical suppliers.
