House Bill 1652
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO ENGAGE IN RETAIL SALES OF MERCHANDISE AT THE COUNTY-OWNED GOLF COURSE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may, have full power and authority to engage in retail sales of food, beverages and golf-related merchandise at the county-owned golf course to include, but not be limited to, clothing, caps, balls, tees, equipment and shoes, and to enter into agreements to facilitate such retail sales.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
