A JOINT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 2015 GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT REQUIRING PAID LEAVE EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES AND ESTABLISHING A TRUST FUND TO SECURE THOSE BENEFITS.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  The 2015 General Assembly may consider "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT REQUIRING PAID LEAVE EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES AND ESTABLISHING A TRUST FUND TO SECURE THOSE BENEFITS."

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
