HOUSE BILL 302

RATIFIED BILL

 

 

AN ACT repealing the annexation of certain described property by the city of kannapolis.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

SECTION 1.  S.L. 2009‑113, as amended by S.L. 2011‑124, is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 27^th day of June, 2013.
