A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove the closure of dorothea dix hospital.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law and pursuant to G.S. 122C‑181(c), the closure of Dorothea Dix Hospital by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, pursuant to G.S. 122C‑181(b) or any other provision of law, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
