A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to add certain described property to the corporate limits of the city of charlotte.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The following described property is added to the corporate limits of the City of Charlotte:

(1)        Phase 1, Map 1, Crown Harbor Club Subdivision, as shown on the survey plat recorded in the Mecklenburg County Registry in Map Book 23, Page 298.

(2)        Phase II, Map 1, Crown Harbor Club Subdivision, as shown on the survey plat recorded in the Mecklenburg County Registry in Map Book 28, Page 308.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective June 30, 2015.
