A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to reauthorize the division of motor vehicles to produce "north carolina master gardener" special registration plates.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 20‑79.4(b)(163) is reenacted.

SECTION 2.  The fee amount set for "North Carolina Master Gardener" special registration plates in G.S. 20‑79.7(a1) is reenacted.

SECTION 3.  The distribution of the fee for "North Carolina Master Gardener" special registration plates in G.S. 20‑79.7(b) is reenacted.

SECTION 4.  G.S. 20‑81.12(b110) is reenacted.

SECTION 5.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
