Short Title:        Abolish Avery County Coroner.		(Local)

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to abolish the office of coroner in avery county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The office of coroner in Avery County is abolished.

SECTION 2.  Chapter 152 of the General Statutes is not applicable to Avery County.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
