Summary

(Government Finance Committee) AN ACT to create and enact three new sections to chapter 54-27 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions for the legacy fund, the legacy fund principal balance, and a transfer of legacy fund earnings; and to repeal section 21-10-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a definition of legacy fund earnings.
