A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the data collection and reporting of bias crimes; to amend and reenact sections 12-63-04, 12.1-17-02, 12.1-17-07, and 12.1-21-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the duty of the peace officer standards and training board to provide training on bias crimes, aggravated assault, harassment, and criminal mischief; to provide for a report to the legislative management; and to provide a penalty.
