(Government Finance Committee) AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-10, a new section to chapter 15.1-27, and two new sections to chapter 15.1-36 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a scholarship endowment fund, uses of the foundation aid stabilization fund, a school construction assistance loan fund, and school construction loans; to amend and reenact section 15.1-36-01, subsection
