Bill Title: A concurrent resolution urging the Superintendent of Public Instruction to require all high school seniors in the state to take either the ACT assessment for college bound students or the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery as a requisite for graduation and to receive a diploma and to require all high schools in the state to report the results of the assessments to the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and to urge the Superintendent of Public Instruction to rank all high schools in the state based on the assessment results and release the rankings to the public.
