STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to the submission of annual town reports to the commissioner of the department of education.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 198:4-e, relative to annual report required of towns, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
