AN ACT relative to youth safety regarding mooring and rafting of boats at or near youth camps.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to youth safety regarding mooring and rafting of boats at or near youth camps.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Mooring or Rafting of Boats At or Near Youth Camps Prohibited. Amend RSA 270:44 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. Form or allow the boat that he or she is operating to be a member of a raft, or moored to a single mooring, that is within 150 feet of children swimming or other organized waterfront activities, at a recreation camp or youth skill camp, as defined in RSA 485-A:23.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2015.
