STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT requiring the department of environmental services to examine the potential harm to the public and the environment of New Hampshire from the transportation of bituminous tar sands through Coos county by the Portland-Montreal pipeline
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Examination by the Department of Environmental Services. The commissioner of the department of environmental services shall examine the potential harm to the public and the environment of New Hampshire from the transportation of bituminous tar sands through Coos county by the Portland-Montreal pipeline.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
