STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to the definition of spent materials.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Spent Materials; Definition. RSA 147-A:2, XII-a is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

XII-a. “Spent material” means any material that has been used and, as a result of contamination, can no longer serve the purpose for which it was produced without processing.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
