This bill changes the reporting dates of study committees established in HB 378 and HB 1148 of the 2016 regular legislative session to November 1, 2016.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT changing certain study committee reporting dates.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Study Committee Reporting Dates.

I.  If HB 378 of the 2016 regular legislative session becomes law, the reporting date of November 1, 2017 in section 5 of the bill shall be changed to November 1, 2016.

II.  If HB 1148 of the 2016 regular legislative session becomes law, the reporting date of November 1, 2017 in section 5 of the bill shall be changed to November 1, 2016.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
