A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June 29, 2009 (P.L.2009, c.68).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2009, c.68, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

22 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS

50 Economic Planning, Development, and Security

55 Social Services Programs

GRANTS-IN-AID

15-8051 Women's Programs  ......................................................

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill appropriates $250,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Community Affairs for grants to rape care crisis centers.  These funds will be distributed to the rape care crisis centers by the Division on Women.
