An Act concerning mass layoffs and severance requirements and amending P.L.2019, c.423.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Section 3 of P.L.2019, c.423 is amended to read as follows:
3. P.L.2019, c.423 shall take effect on the 90th day next following the effective date of P.L.2022, c.142.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
