Makes supplemental appropriation of $35 million to "Urban and Rural Centers Unsafe Buildings Demolition Revolving Loan Fund".

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved, June 30, 2022 (P.L.2022, c.49).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2022, c.49), the annual appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of $35 million from the General Fund to the "Urban and Rural Centers Unsafe Buildings Demolition Revolving Loan Fund." This fund was established pursuant to P.L.1997, c.125 to assist municipalities with building demolition and disposal projects.
