Summary
Provides that drivers of certain school buses who operate a school bus for hire and who are not otherwise subject to the provisions of article 19-A of the vehicle and traffic law relating to the licensing of bus drivers, shall be subject to such article except that such drivers shall not be required to hold a commercial driver's license; adds offenses which result in permanent disqualification.
