Summary
To increase penalties for acts constituting the crime of criminal use of a deadly weapon, require consecutive sentencing for the crime of criminal use of a deadly weapon and eliminate plea bargaining for persons indicted for the class A-I felony of criminal use of a deadly weapon.

An act to amend the penal law and the criminal procedure law, in relation to the criminal use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, to amend the general business law and the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to making technical corrections thereto and to repeal section 265.09 of the penal law relating thereto
