Summary

Requires the public service commission to notify any municipality or government entity proposing to acquire title to and transfer ownership of the complete system of street light luminaires or fixtures, all supporting infrastructure, and associated electric circuitry of the health hazards, the lack of United States Food and Drug Administration regulation of light emitting diodes, "LED", lighting products, and the requirement that municipalities that operate LED street lights are required to publish an American with disabilities accommodation plan.
