Summary

This bill would enable a senior citizen who is solicited to purchase a so-called "low-value" life insurance policy to make better informed buying choices by requiring the insurer, at the time of delivery of such policy, to make specified disclosure, in a readily understood manner, of material facts concerning important features thereof.
