Summary
To provide an optional 25 year retirement plan for state, county, municipal, and affiliated employer 911 operators.
Title
Permits certain public safety dispatchers, public safety telecommunicators and communication officers employed by the state, or a county or municipal 911 department to retire upon completion of 25 years of creditable service if such employer elects to provide this alternative.
